- Usage & Instructions:
- Dosage: Add 1.5g (about 1 teaspoon) per 1 liter of prepared liquid or preserves.
- For Fruits: Mix fruit with preservative, fill into glass jars, invert jars for a few minutes, then allow to cool.
- For Vegetables & Pickles: Add to prepared liquid mixture (water, vinegar, salt), stir well, and pour over vegetables in jars (can be sterilized as needed).
